Apostle Steven M. Deitz, a native of Hickory, North Carolina, is the President and author of Apostolic By-Laws. Apostle Deitz spent almost five years researching the Scriptures in developing the framework of this document.

Apostle Deitz has drawn on several experiences in designing this new concept of Apostolic government, one of which is his former affiliation with several major denominations.  Along with this he is the founding Pastor and Apostle of Resurrection International Church in Hickory, North Carolina.  He founded and leads New Breed Ministries which is a regional Apostolic covering for several churches and pastors. In addition to these experiences he is the Executive Director of International Fellowship of Ministries, a Apostolic covering for numerous churches throughout the Southeast, under the leadership of Apostle Otis Lockett of Greensboro, N.C.

We believe that Apostolic By-Laws is the first of it's kind in providing Biblically based By-Laws designed according to New Testament Apostolic principles. Apostolic By-Laws is a fundamentally strong and Biblically accurate.
